Terms of Service

My terms of service are subject to change at any time.
When starting a transaction, the iteration you agreed to on the date of initial inquiry will be valid.General information
► Must be 18+ to interact/order from me.
► I have the right to refuse any commission without reason.
► I can cancel a commission at any time. Full payment will be refunded.
► I reserve the right to publish the artwork to social media and record/stream commission process unless discussed otherwise.
► There will be an additional charge if you do not want me to post your commissioned piece online.
► You can do whatever you like with the finished drawing, as long as the art is not drawn on top of, use is not commercial, and the original artist is credited.
► Not paying/filing a chargeback for finished artwork will result in a blacklist, forfeit your right to use the work, and I have the right to resell the ordered design.
► My artwork/commissions are never to be sold or minted as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or put on "blockchain". All NFTs containing my artwork or intellectual property (IE original characters) were not made by me and are illegally minted.
► Commissioners who are disrespectful towards me and/or do not respect my workflow and artistic process will not be tolerated, and are at risk of being blacklisted.
► Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties.Payment

► Payment method is via Paypal invoice.
► 100% payment after the rough sketch is accepted.
► There are no refunds once line work on the piece has begun.
► You don’t pay any fees.Please understand that I am just a regular person and need time for myself, and I also work part-time. I try to finish commissions after they are paid within a month, though this will change depending on the size of the order and how busy I am with other obligations.I will communicate with you and keep you updated on how long your commission should take if anything comes up that could cause a delay.
